We’ve handled it all; from that super opinionated Aunt to the worst toddler meltdowns. We can promise a stress-free experience for you. All of our sessions come with unlimited images, so there’ no worry of missing something during your portrait session. There’s also no limit on poses or groupings, we can do every combination you can think of!

There’s no hidden fees or extra expenses in our packages, we believe in upfront, easy-to-understand pricing. When you book a session with us, there’s no surprises.
Be sure to book in advance when possible. Our busiest months ( June, July, October, and November) typically book up 4-6 months in advance. Our least favorite thing is having to turn down wonderful clients because our schedules are full to the brim. We do sometimes have last minute cancellations, so feel free to check in with us no matter how near or far out your vacation dates are.
Do you struggle with wardrobe for your family portraits? We can help with that! We can point you in the right direction with a curated Pinterest board, favorite colors for Smoky Mountain photography sessions, and being a second set of eyes on the wardrobe choices you make if desired.

Bringing the WHOLE family to Gatlinburg on vacation? No problem!!! We love working with your whole crew. There’s no limit to the amount of people you can have in your session with us. We’ve photographed groups of 30+ family members and had a fantastic time meeting everyone.
UNLIMITED Pictures
Your Gatlinburg photographer will take a variety of pictures during your session, and you’ll receive all of them. We don’t limit to 5 or 10 final images like some photographers. An average hour long session with one of our Gatlinburg photographers will come with 75-120 images.

FAQs
How Many Images will we get in our Gatlinburg photography session?
Between 75-125 is typical in an hour long session, and between 50 and 75 in a 30 minute session. It totally depends on you and your family. The more fun and candid you’d like your session, the more images you typically see.
What happens if it rains?
We’re well versed in handling rain, and predicting what it will do in Gatlinburg. If the weather looks like rain for your session and you’re scheduled for an outdoor session, we will reschedule you to a different time that works for both you and the photographer at no additional cost.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as your travel plans are in place. During our busiest months, we tend to book up 4 to 6 months in advance.
What Type of sessions do you offer?
We offer Maternity, family, extended family, and senior portraits. Our specialty is families and maternity sessions in the Smoky Mountains.
How long until we receive our gallery?
Gallery turnaround is up to 2 weeks, sometimes a little less. We take the upmost care in editing your images for sharpness, color, corrections, etc before they make their way to you. Each gallery is inspected for quality before being sent to you to download
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your session. As long as you give 24 hours notice, no further payment will be due if you should have to cancel.
Will you help with what to wear?
Absolutely! We’re happy to provide guidance on what to wear to your Gatlinburg Photography session! That can be the most stressful part of planning your photos, and an extra set of eyes on your choices can make all the difference.
Do we have to order prints though you?
No, you do not. We do offer high-quality, professional prints through our gallery from a lab that we know and trust, but we do not require you to order prints from us. Every gallery comes with a print release so that you can order prints anywhere you’d like.
How do I book my Gatlinburg Photography Session?
Booking is a breeze! You choose the date that works best for you and your family, fill out a contract, and secure your date with a $75 retainer (which goes towards your session fee). From there we’ll choose the best location and get you on the books!
